We often use videos of our zoom sessions (along with any written materials (comments, questions, etc) you (and/or your dependent) may produce at a virtual event) throughout the year in various ways to further the mission of the Ohio eSchool Coalition. Agreeing to this waiver gives us your permission to use any of those photos, writings, videos, etc that you (and/or your dependent) are in. Joining any of our Zoom Meetings/Webinars indicates your signature on the Publicity Waiver for you and your minor dependents, and that you agree to all conditions of the waiver.

Full Publicity/Advertising Release and Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to permit the Ohio eSchool Families & Friends Coalition and their respective staff, vendors, agents, contractors, and/or employees to use, publish, broadcast, re-use, re-publish, and/or rebroadcast my (and/or my dependent's) story, writing (letter, essay etc), artwork (drawing, coloring etc), likeness, picture, video, image, voice, and/or other attributes as written, recorded or photographed at any virtual event.

By executing this release and waiver, I knowingly and purposefully waive my (and/or my dependent's) specific right to privacy, publicity, and all other rights pertaining to the use of my (and/or my dependent's) story, writing (letter, essay etc), artwork (drawing, coloring etc), picture, video, likeness, voice, and/or image. I understand and agree that no compensation of any sort is offered at this time nor will it be in the future. I understand and agree that my (and/or my dependent's) participation is for the purpose of promoting Online Learning Day or other such use.
